Buyers:  Enroll into an Affordable Home Ownership Program

BMR Program Buyer Form

The first step is to the register for a Home Buyer Orientation Class.  These classes are held twice a month and will explain the BMR application process.  You can find out about the program requirements using the Program Buyer Eligibility Guide.  Once you have confirmed your eligibility, the second step is to complete the BMR Program Buyer Form which asks a series of screening questions that must be answered before we assign you an Application ID Number.

Check out the BMR Buyer Info Page which explains the process and contains most of the information that we will be covering during the orientation.

For BMR property owners, once you place a formal request to sell or refinance, our HouseKeys Asset Manager will open an Asset Management File to guide you through the process.
