First-Time Homebuyer Resources

Many affordable purchase programs and/or down payment assistance programs REQUIRE a U.S. Housing & Urban Development (HUD) certified homebuyer education certificate. Certificates can be attained from one of the HUD providers listed below.

Note: Such education seminars are different from a HouseKeys’ Program Workshop, which does not provide a certificate of completion and is NOT required for any program eligibility.

HouseKeys encourages households to search the internet for additional HUD Approved homebuyer educators. The education can be completed through a HUD Approved educator that offers the course virtually.
