Information you voluntarily provide by completing online forms and uploading documents will be used for matching, selection, and eligibility underwriting purposes only. We do share this information with the government agencies whose programs you are applying for. This relationship is created when you Request an Application ID to connect with a local government agency or Enter an Opportunity Drawing for a home or other program benefit made available by an agency, homebuilder, or housing provider.
We ask you for some personal information to create an account and we will use that information to provide program administration services for local government agencies, assist homebuilders to satisfy their affordable housing requirements, and to help program-eligible households find housing and apply for housing programs.
The information you provide in an application for an affordable housing listing will be shared with the parties above. We will also collaborate with your selected loan officer, real estate agent, property manager or authorized party involved with the housing transaction.

We use "cookies" when providing online services such as account registration, online application forms, and entry forms. We use cookies to improve quality of our service.
