Annual Compliance Guide
When you purchased your home, you signed an agreement with the city or county that you would comply with certain terms and restrictions. You are required to certify that you are still occupying the home as your primary residence.
process for compliance certification
1 - First Notice
You will receive a notice in the mail regarding your annual compliance. You will have 14 calendar days from the date on the letter to supply HouseKeys with the required documents outlined in the letter.
2 - Document Submission
You can submit your documents two ways:
Mail them to HouseKeys via certified mail to 409 Tennant Station #495 Morgan Hill, CA 95037
Create a participant account and submit them via your MyHouseKeys account
What documents do I need to provide?

Do:
Inform HouseKeys when you have submitted your documents by emailing or calling HouseKeys.
Reach out to HouseKeys if you need assistance submitting your documents.
Don’t:
Drop off your documents in person at the P.O. Box (409 Tennant Station #495 Morgan Hill, CA 95037).
Deliver your documents to the city or county.
Redact information on your documents.
Submit documents via email.
3 - Review & Determination
Once you submit your documents, HouseKeys will review them. This process can take 2 to 4 weeks.
You will receive another notice in the mail with your final determination.
You will receive another letter in the mail with your determination checklist.
If you are found to be in compliance, congratulations!
If not, you will be sent an additional notice with further instructions via certified mail.
NOTE:
If you submit or your documents arrive after the deadline and receive a notice of non-compliance, your documents will be considered submitted for the 2nd notice.

4 - Compliance Status Sent
If you are not found to be in compliance after review, you will receive a letter via certified mail and a checklist of the outstanding documents. Please make the necessary preparations to receive the letter. You will have 14 calendar days to submit the missing documents. HouseKeys will then perform another review, which will take approximately 30 Days.
If you are still not found to be in compliance after the second notice, you will receive a final notice via certified mail with a checklist of your outstanding documents. You will have 14 calendar days to respond to this notice. HouseKeys will review your documents within 30 Days. If you are not found to be in compliance after this period, you will be subject to action from the city or county.
