Lender Partner Page

This page is to help our lender partners become approved lenders and loan officers who can lend on the properties administered by the HouseKeys Team. Each Municipality’s agreements and processes are unique, but when you register as a HouseKeys loan officer, and pay your annual fee ($350.00), you can lend on any property within the HouseKeys Network, provided you complete the program requirements.

Steps to becoming an approved Loan Officer/ Lender:

  1. Complete Loan Officer Participation Form. Click here to complete form.

  2. Attend a Loan Officer Training Orientation (scheduled by the presenter)

  3. Provide legal documents to your legal team to obtain approval to lend on these deed restricted properties.

  4. Provide HouseKeys with the approval from your legal department to participate.

  5. If applicable, sign and return your Lender Agreements and Loan Officer Agreements.

  6. Once the steps above have been completed, an invoice will be sent to you for the $350 annual fee.

SEE Our list of registered lenders and loan officers

We update this list with new lenders and loan officers as they complete the process. The “pending” loan officers are ones where their lender is still completing program requirements and signing the lender and loan officer agreements.
