Who Are We?
HouseKeys is a Program Administration Organization specializing in Home Ownership, Rental, and Finance Programs.
We serve as a third-party Program Administrator for a client list that includes local government agencies (counties, cities, villages, and towns) with affordable housing policies and programs. We also work with residential developers who have ownership or rental projects with affordable housing commitments.
we work with households
We connect YOU, the applicant, to a home for rent or to purchase at an affordable price based on county Income Category Limits. We do NOT make policies, build, or price homes.
We Work with Cities
As a program administrator, we work in partnership with cities to manage their affordable housing program to meet policy guidelines and fair housing standards.
We Work with Developers
We also work with Developers to meet permit conditions requiring them to build and sell affordable units to eligible and qualified buyers or renters.
