Restriction Release Information

Each home in an Affordable Housing Program is subject to restrictions for a specified period (see “Deed restriction information” for additional details). That time can last from 3 years to having no expiration.

When your deed restriction’s term is coming to a close, you must:

  1. Reach out to the program administrator (HouseKeys) so they can verify that your restriction term is expiring and initiate the process of removing the deed restriction from your home.
