General Orientation
If you’d like to register for an in-person orientation, visit our events calendar here.
It will give you a basic foundation and understanding of Affordable Housing and the HouseKeys process to access and apply for opportunities you are eligible and qualified for.
Each person who will be listed as a homeowner needs to take the quiz. A certificate will be sent to your email address; then, you should upload a copy to your account at www.myhousekeys.com

Program Workshop
A Program Workshop is a hands-on learning session where you will navigate the MyHouseKeys.com site, “Request Application ID” for the city Program (Rental or Ownership) of interest, find and “Enter” a Drawing for a specific Opportunity and upload documents to your File Cabinet.
It is highly recommended to have attended a General Orientation prior, as we will begin with an assumption of having a MyHouseKeys account and a basic familiarity with navigating through it.
FAQ Session
An FAQ Session is an open forum to ask specific questions you may not get answered during a General Orientation.
