HouseKeys makes every effort to successfully execute all Opportunity Drawing Lotteries and Applicant Selection Methods. There is a chance that an error or omission can be made by our team or systems that negatively impact an applicant. While HouseKeys will make every effort to correct mistakes, we cannot make any guarantees to any one applicant.
Please note that while your attempt to enter the Drawing may have been successful, this does not guarantee inclusion in the final ranking. Entries that are missing the required information or do not meet all criteria may be deemed incomplete and excluded from ranking. A successful entry does not guarantee participation in a drawing for ranking. HouseKeys Orientations provide general information only and may be subject to change at any time without notice.

Drawing Entry Disclosures
Successfully entering the drawing does not automatically guarantee that you will appear in the final ranked list.
If your entry is missing required information or doesn’t meet all eligibility criteria, your entry may be excluded.
Just because you receive a confirmation of entry does not mean you’ll be ranked in the drawing.
mail submission Disclosures

We highly recommend using a service with tracking/ delivery service confirmation (USPS, FED EX, UPS, Etc.)
HouseKeys will use the date/ time stamp of receipt for submissions and NOT the date/ time documents were mailed.
HouseKeys will not return any original documents or documents submitted.
Send only single-sided copies.
Call/ Email Housekeys to provide your mail submission tracking number to document your profile. Otherwise, we have no way of knowing you mailed documents.
file submission Disclosures
All information and documentation submitted must be accurate, valid, and currently dated within 15-30 days of the File Submission Deadline.
For City Preferences, if applicable, all information and documentation submitted must be accurate, valid, and currently dated within 30 days of the Drawing Entry Deadline.
If your file is incomplete, it will be closed, and Housekeys will proceed to the next applicant with a complete file.
When you upload to your file cabinet at www.myhousekeys.com, the software issues a date and timestamp that will be used to verify if you submitted all your items on time.
Partial submissions or those with outdated documents will be deemed too incomplete for review and ineligible.
Documents or Pre-approval letters received via email are not acceptable; use the submission instructions on this notice.
